Wine

Description

Wine is traditionally made from grapes without the addition of sugars, acids, enzymes, water, or other nutrients. Other variants of wine, not made from grapes, include rice and some fruit wines (such as plum or cherry). More traditional varieties of wine include red, white, rosé or mead (honey wine).
Wine has historically had religious significance for Christianity, Islam, and Judaism.
Wine is produced when yeast consumers the sugar in the grapes and converts it to ethanol and carbon dioxide, with different styles of both grapes and yeasts producing different styles of wine.
