Ginger Beer

Description

Ginger has been used for flavouring food and drinks since as early as 500 BC. In the mid-18th century, ginger beer was first brewed in Yorkshire, England and quickly became popular in Britain, the US, Ireland, South Africa and Canada.
It is typically brewed by fermenting a mix of syrup and root ginger, available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties.
