Weisse

Berliner Weisse is a refreshing, low alcoholic German wheat beer with a very high carbonation level. There is a moderate to moderately-high sour character, sometimes with a moderately fruity character.
Weisse is produced with a wheat malt content of 50%, with the remaining being Pilsner malt. There is no hop bitterness present.
