Merinda Hotel has been known for years a good old country pub with a big personality. The slogan “Meet your Mates at Merinda” has been heard often in the past and with the recent expansion encompassing a 48 room accommodation facility and 300 plus conference centre the catch cry has changed somewhat to ‘Linger Longer With Your Mates.’ Australian cuisine for a wholesome meal with sumptuous flavours. Quash hunger with a cob loaf to share filled with bacon and cream cheese before devouring a 500 g rump steak served with beer battered chips, garden salad and honey mustard dressing, or opt for crumbed lamb cutlets served with sweet potato mash. Our menu is affordable as nothing is over $30. With the Chefs Signature dish being Crispy Skinned Salmon with creamy Mushroom Risotto, Delicate greens including Bok Choy & Broccolini, with a Tropical Mango Salsa.
