This grand old venue in the heart of Mareeba has gone by a few different names over the years including Dunlops, The Highlander, and the Peninsula Pub, but no one can argue that it’s never looked and felt as good as it does now. The Gateway Hotel has undergone extensive renovations, careful to retain the character and charm of a classic Queensland country pub.
