Hotel Hinchinbrook Pub / Hotel
Venue Description
With a long history the Hotel Hinchinbrook has been a landmark of Ingham Queensland since 1925, leaving behind many a tale and a colourful past. She has written many chapters in her time including boarding rooms, accommodation for weary travellers – featuring rooms named after local tourist sports, complete with taxadermied locally caught fish. And even a legendary night club! Ask any of the locals about the wild nights spent upstairs and the huge boat suspended from the ceiling – which still hangs proudly to this day. The Brook as she is affectionately known, is a regular watering hole for locals of all ages in Ingham, as well as a popular tourist spot, a place to cool off and relax, grab a bite and a cold beverage, before continuing on the journey. The history is still being made today with the famous pub style meals it was known for in the 1900’s. We invite you to visit us and be part of our history, a member of our Brook family.
