The Beach Hut Brewery journey began over twenty years ago in the kitchen of a suburban home in Melbourne when a young bloke decided to start to brew his own beer to help ensure Friday nights were never dull. We started brewing in the kitchen, only to be kicked out to the shed, once he had that filled, he was then barreled into the garage, then booted out by the council and forced to hide in a mate's factory before arriving at his own brewery. Finally! During the Beach Hut Brewery trek he has experimented with many different beer styles, surrounding himself with like-minded craft beer enthusiast. Intrigued by the craft of brewing beer and the range of styles and flavours only available if you brewed your own or trekked the world.
