Wild Barrel Brewing - Riverside County | Microbrewery

Wild Barrel Brewing Company was first conceived by two friends Bill Sysak and Chris White in 2016 one evening while enjoying a cigar and great craft beers. Bill Sobieski, an award-winning homebrewer of 25 years and long-time friend of Bill Sysak, was brought onboard to brew the beer, and the three friends and founders began the process of opening a brewery in San Diego, the craft beer capitol of America. On September 30th, 2017, Wild Barrel Brewing opened to the general public. Located in North San Diego county in the city of San Marcos, Wild Barrel has a 15-barrel brewhouse with a large spacious tasting room and well-trained friendly staff serving exceptional craft beer in a variety of styles. With the addition of Preston Weesner to run the barrel program Wild Barrel looks forward to adding amazing barrel aged beers to the lineup.
