Little King is a curious cocktail of neo-soul, reggae and funk-disco; an eclectic mashup with a palpable vibe. With influences that range from David Bowie, Justin Timberlake & Jamiroquai, to Sticky Fingers, Chet Faker and Milky Chance, the Little King sound is full of surprises and anything but predictable. Combining their hybrid reggae/funk/soul sound with clever melodies, thoughtful lyrics, witty grooves and tasty hooks, Little King create a unique sound that is constantly changing and evolving. Having toured extensively on the East Coast over the last 6 years, as well as New Zealand, Josh & Chris know how to engage an audience and make people move. After releasing their debut EP in 2015 which received airplay right across Australia, Little King are presently tucked away in the Coffs harbour hinterland writing new record they are hoping to release by the end of 2017. Explore the historical journey of Millers Point from the perspective of one its longest standing residents: The Lord Nelson Brewery Hotel. Over 2 hours we will explore the unique heritage of this notorious neighbourhood from its convict beginnings to the infamous pubs and personalities littered throughout its history. Our tour will include a delicious Pint & Pie lunch special inside the Lord Nelson and a reflection on the important role this iconic venue has contributed to Miller's Point throughout the ages.
