Oxfam Australia Trivia Night! 19th July 6pm - 8pm (ish) Raising Awairness whilst having fun!! As well as delish beer, delish food and awesome trivia the Oxfam Community will share their current campaigning activities centred around refugee rights with you, and offer opportunities for you to get involved. Oxfam Communities operate in local areas, providing platforms for locals to engage in actions against social injustices. Hail the Pale.. We're hosting a Pale Ale Week at Brewhouse MR as part of Cabin Fever Festival 2017 to celebrate the ever popular pale ale style beer. During the Cabin Fever Festival, we'll have tap take overs from our legendary south west brewers including: Beer Farm's Aussie Bitter The Beer Farm Cheeky Monkey: West Coast IPA Cheeky Monkey Brewery & Cidery Cowaramup: Cowaramup IPA Cowaramup Brewing Company Eagle Bay: Orchard IPA Eagle Bay Brewing Co Colonial: Pale Ale Colonial Brewing Co Margaret River Bootleg: Speak Easy IPA Bootleg Brewery, Margaret River Plus we'll have our own specility brew on tap: the 8 Ball Double IPA, a massive American double IPA – 8% (hence 8 Ball) – "double dry hopped with columbus, simcoe and amarillo hops to make it a resinous, piny, skanky, mountain of a beer." We'll also have our core range of pale ales including our Red Tail IPA, Inji Pale Ale and recent AIBA gold medal winning Golden Groper Ale. So make it a point to drop in and enjoy some of the region's big, bold and fruity pale ales.

Handsome Tours, FBi Radio and Young Henrys are excited to announce Vancouver duo Japandroids will return to Perth for a performance at Rosemount Hotel on Wed 19th July. JAPANDROIDS With special guests FOAM ROSEMOUNT HOTEL WED 19TH JULY The tour comes hot on the heels of the band's acclaimed third album, 'Near To The Wild Heart Of Life' - released January on Pod/Inertia. This run of dates marks Japandroids' first visit to Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth in four years with performances taking place in Sydney and Melbourne also. Japandroids are a two-piece band from Vancouver, BC, which began in 2006 and consists of Brian King and David Prowse. Japandroids are one guitar, one set of drums, and two vocalizers. Japandroids are maximal in their delivery; a two-piece band sounding like a five- piece band. Don't miss Japandroids’ highly-ancitipated return to Australian shores in July 2017.

A sports & music trivia night hosted by Anthony Albanese, supporting a great cause (Reclink Community Cup), at the Golden Barley Hotel - how awesome is that?? Want to know more about the Reclink Community Cup? The Community Cup is an entertaining annual dog-friendly, and family-friendly grudge match which pits musos against media in an Aussie Rules battle, with all profits raised going to Reclink. The musos team - the Western Walers - is made up of musicians, managers, and DJs, while the media team known as the Sydney Sailors hail from community radio, street and music press.
