In 2016 we celebrated 30 years of pioneering Australian Craft Beer and cemented our position as a an Elder of the Industry. As with all good Elders we have colourful tales to tell and plenty of advice to dispense. After all, we've been hosting dinners such as this for upwards of 30 years! Join us for an evening of storytelling and occasional profanity with the inimitable Captain of our ship, Blair Hayden along with his able seamen and Brew Ambassador team. The menu will take inspiration from our archives and the ingredients we use every day in our craft. Think brew grain sourdough, wort cured Salmon, Old Admiral poached pear. The beverages will pay homage to all that we hold important in brewing craft ales, showcasing our range of sessionable, flavourful and food savvy brews plus a few specials we keep up our sleeves for just such occasions. Tom Day's single 'vent' reached #1 in Triple J's unearthed roots chart and he's gaining a steady following all over the country!
