GBW: Cellarbration of Beer, Oysters and Shellfish

Fitzroy Town Hall Hotel will collaborate with Hawkers Brewery and Wolf of the Willows Brewery celebrating the amazing pairing of craft beer with oysters and shellfish.
Beers will include Imperial Stout, Pilsner, Indian Saison Ale and Exra Pale Ale all matched with robust cocktail style food cooked with European technique and flavour.
Chef and proprietor Sean Donovan will prepare a menu to pair the complexity, freshness and provenance of these great beers with multiple varieties of freshly shucked Pacific and Sydney Rock oysters and hot food with a wide representation of market fresh shellfish.
It will be an evening of celebration and debauchery with three and a half hours to leisurely enjoy all the seafood you wish.
