We do love our Sours here at SBC and are super excited about the next release of 3 Ravens Wild Ravens series. On Friday June 30, we're cracking open five of the series (four of which are YET TO BE OFFICIALLY RELEASED!). Not only will you get to be the first to try the beers, you'll get to share them with creator and 3 Ravens head brewer Brendan. For $22 we are offering an hour tasting session with Brendan. This includes a flight of six 100ml tasters including Purple Plum, Mash Brewing Wizz Fizz and four new Wild Raven ales and light snacks. There are three sessions (limited to a maximum of 12 people) on offer. Tickets are available over the bar for pre purchase or on day (unless sold out). SESSION I: 4:00PM SESSION II: 5:15PM SESSION III: 6:30PM THE BEERS The Wild Ravens series is an homage to traditional wild ales, with stylistic influences and processes borrowed from both old and new world. A variety of fermentation and maturation techniques are employed to create complex beers primarily featuring funk and acidity, with bottle re-fermentation offering exciting cellaring potential and flavour evolution.
