Victors Place Brewery

Set amongst the rolling hills of the Onkaparinga Gorge at the Gateway to McLaren Vale, Victor’s Place encompasses our family’s Winery, Brewery and Restaurant. We first dreamt of starting out on our own path over a decade ago, during my years as a Winemaker at d’Arenberg, McLaren Vale. During that time, we had been making small parcels of our own wine sourced from some of McLaren Vale and the Adelaide Hills top growers, which Kathrin and I enjoyed sharing with friends and family. On my daily commute to McLaren Vale, I drove (many times!) past the derelict old shearing shed at the Gateway to McLaren Vale and imagined the joys of restoring the historic old ruin (circa 1870). In 2015 that dream came true!
