Stoic Brewing is an independent family owned & operated brewery located in the scenic, seaside town of Gerringong. In our 1000 litre brew house, our Brewer Andrew, creates each of our handcrafted brews using his own intricate recipes & specialised techniques. Each brew is carefully designed to bring out the aromas & flavours of the quality ingredients he sources from all over Australia & the world. Each brew is traditionally made & unfiltered to retain its naturalness & unique flavours & is preservative & additive free. We also offer locally made wine.
