Hopsters Co-op Brewery

Together, we are building Australia’s first co-operative brewery. Hopsters Co-operative Brewery is a democratically run, member-owned and operated co-operative in Sydney, Australia. So far we have managed to fund and build a taproom on Enmore Rd near Newtown funded entirely by it's members. We now have a home where we can meet, socialise, and enjoy the fruits of our labour. Together we can enjoy a venue we can call our own and do what we can to make it something more. We strive to make Hopsters membership and activities welcoming and accessible to all members of our diverse community. Whether you brew or merely enjoy a a merry beverage in a craft beer venue Hopsters has the potential to open these doors to you. We have plans afoot to develop a brewery in the back of taproom. The more members we have the greater the momentum we will have. Your Beer, Your Brewery!
