The Loch Brewery & Distillery fits neatly into the village's old bank building & butcher's shop. While the situation is fresh, the flavours are largely traditional. Custom-designed equipment lets us build on traditional brewing and distilling processes to make top-shelf drinks that appeal to a modern palate.
Together, Craig and Mel established the business, designed the methods and crafted the recipes. Now, they're providing premium spirits and ales around Australia.
