Created and operated by a couple of mates Stewart Sampson and Scott Douglas, Black Brewing Co is the sum of all its parts, a Brewery, Restuarant and Vintner. It's also an environment to try new things with creative people who are passionate about their craft...... everything we do is a collaboration. We are a young and pretty diverse group and everyone has a unique skill set. The success of all we do here is not possible without good people. Leading the charge in the venue is a hospitality Ninja by the name of Sam Oliver, he is an absolute profesional and leads a team that is commited to ensuring your experience with us or one of our products is bloody good
