Doctor's Orders Brewing

Doctor's Orders is affectionally referred to as a cuckoo brewer. The analogy with a cuckoo is that we don't have our own brewery (cuckoo's take over other birds nests to lay their eggs). We take over other breweries to personally produce our beers. We still design the beer, brew the beer, sell & market the beer and are one with the beer. Currently we are brewing out of three Sydney breweries; the Australian Brewery (Rouse Hill), Young Henry's (Newtown) and Rocks Brewing (Alexandria).
