We are a small craft brewing company based in Sydney. All Ekim beers are unfiltered and unpasteurised; made in small batches with only malt, hops, yeast, water & a rebellion against mass produced brews. Ekim beers epitomise a perfect balance between malt and hops, making them wonderfully drinkable. The celebrated intensity of flavour in our beers is the result of a bold, yet discerning selection of ingredients and expertly executed brewing processes. The Viking theme relates to the Danish heritage of brewer and founder of the company, Mike Jorgensen. here at Ekim, we like the idea of a Viking-style hedonistic indulgence of our brews after a hard day's work i.e. battling, plundering, pillaging...you know, your average Monday to Friday...
