Lake Mac Brewing

Lake Mac Brewing Company is a micro brewery in Morisset, located in the southern part of Lake Macquarie in NSW. Lake Mac Brewing Company started brewing exceptional craft beer in 2020, in Morisset, New South Wales. Morisset is located in Lake Macquarie which is home to Australia's largest salt water lagoon, approximately 1.5hrs from Sydney and 45mins from Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. Lake Mac Brewing Co. believe in sustainability in all aspects of brewing, from our wastewater treatment plant, to giving our spent grain to local farmers. Spent grains have very low nutritional value, for human consumption, and has a high amount of protein value which provides a great dietary supplement for the agricultural farming industry, especially the dairy industry. Our beer is brewed onsite, using our 10 Hectoliter brewhouse, brewed with passion and integrity, on professional brewing equipment with quality local and imported products.
