Union Brewery and Distillery

Union Brewery and Distillery have been distilling whisky and brewing beer since 2008 at the Old Coast Road Brewery in Myalup, south of Perth, under the name Geographe Distillery. Our new operation at The Sunshine Harvester Works (Formerly The Mantle) brings all our creations of whisky, beer, gin, limoncello and grappa (coming soon) together under one roof! Union has 12 rotating taps, two of which pour cider. Brews range from a clean, dry pilsner to a variety of barrel-aged Belgian beers — all remarkably refreshing and fruity despite being boozy. Also on offer is mid-strength lager and deliciously roasty American Amber, plus the popular pale ale, IPA and stout. On the distilling side, there is whisky, gin, limoncello and, soon, grappa. The Sunshine Harvester Works space is shared with a variety of great local foodies and is the perfect Freo spot to hang out with family and friends alike.
