Jan 2013, Concieved, kicked around and otherwise relegated to procrastination. July 2016, Current team came together and made it a thing. Sep 2016, SA Liquor License No. 50819857 issued. Sept 2016, First beer launched. July 2017, Excise license granted for pilot brewhouse, officially a REAL brewery. Sept 2017, First anniversary, achieved one unique beer released for each month of operation. Jan 2018, 6 Brand new fermenters and a small still arrive for the pilot brewhouse. April 2018, Commissioned the pilot brewhouse into production, brew zero on 07/04/2018
