Ministry of Beer

Here at The Ministry we brew small batches of hand crafted ales. Brewing small batches means we can keep it fresh and that's the way it should be. We love experimenting with malt, yeast and hops - we even grow our own Cascade hops. We are also experimenting with oak barrels, fruit, herbs and various bacteria so stay tuned to see what we come up with next! After having been a keen home brewer for over 17 years in early 2016 Ministry of Beer was born. Ministry of Beer is a family run brewery from our small farm in Rosedale on the outskirts of the Barossa Valley where we grow our own Hops. We currently have around 200 plants growing with a vision for expansion in the future. Having a small brewery means we can produce small batches of unique beers which change frequently.
