Little Alchemist Brewing

We are the Little Alchemist Brewing Co or the LAB for short. We're three friends who love beer. Making it, drinking it and most of all sharing it. Alchemy is the very old study and philosophy of how to change ordinary substances into extraordinary ones. Here at the Little Alchemist we try to do just that by combining sustainable fresh local ingredients to bring you beautiful balanced beers that can be shared with friends and family, which is what makes it truly extraordinary. The first LAB (Little Alchemist Brewing) beers were brewed in 2014 in a small garage outside of Sydney. After years of experimentation as home brewers and a ton of well rounded recipes up our sleeves three close friends decided to share our passion and philosophy for brewing beer with the rest of the world.
