Peach Thief

A revitalising summer sour made for smashing in the Brisbane humidity. A super straw coloured sour beer base with delicate additions of Amarillo and Wai-iti provides the foundation for summer fruits of peach and pear, backed up with a ginger lemon zesty twang to finish. The ginger spice is evident immediately on the nose, with delicious peach characteristics and soft fresh pear flavours. The lemon twang provides balance to the sweetness, as the ginger spice does to the sour.
