The Leviathan

The Leviathan - Helios Brewing x Sea Legs Brewing Co. 100% Australian Malt is the freshly grown and malted pedestal for rockstar U.S hoppy hitters like Centennial, Chinook, Mosaic and Idaho-7. This brew has a complex malt and yeast profile. Look for dominating nose of pine, citrus, and stone fruit with underlying soft malts and lifted bitterness. A collaboration brewed at Helios Brewing Co with our good friends at Sea Legs Brewing Co.
