Trail By Fire

Our friends at Cryer Malt and Yakima Chief Hops have hooked us up with a couple of their experimental hop varietals, with the catchy names HBC522 and HBC630 to have a play with and we’ve created this east meets west coast hybrid IPA. We've used the malt bill of an east coast IPA for a soft mouthfeel, but have loaded up our early hop additions to give it more of the west coast punchy bitterness and then added a big dry hop to bring back in some citrus and fruit aromas.
