Big Nobby

Big Nobby Double IPA, named by our naming comp winner is a big brash new double IPA, triple hopped in honour of our 3rd Birthday. Using a mix of whole cone fresh hop flowers and the freshest pellets we could source, the new brew is a showcase for hops grown in our three favourite hop growing regions – Australia, the US and New Zealand. 100 IBU of Vic Secret from Aus, Ekuanot from the US and Riwaka from NZ make up the triple decker hop onslaught. Just enough malt to balance and an ABV of 8.7% to keep things interesting – a brew worthy of launching our 3rd birthday and a nod to all the great Pales and IPAs we’ve brewed since opening.
