With this lovely crisp funky, citrussy No IBU farmhouse IPA we increased the amount of wheat and have increased the hop dosing to 18 g/Liter dry hop of pure Citra Hops, to give the crispest hopppppy touch possible. Citra adds lovely notes of juicy citrus fruits, which once more works perfectly with the To Øl Instant Crush Brett, which in this case has gotten company during the fermentation with a uniquely new Lactic Acid Bacteria that creates the most smooth Acidity imaginable plus a Saison Strain, which boosts the attenuation to the MAX.
