Dark Alleyway IPA

Our AIBA Gold Medal Winning IPA, is full of Cascade, Chinook, Amarillo and Centennial hops to give your tongue a salacious slather of pine, grapefruit and spicy floral notes. Carafa Type#2 malt is used judiciously to darken the brew but not the malt flavour. This beer is brewed especially for the hop heads – for some, walking down a Dark Alleyway would be less daunting.
