SKINNY
Beer Description
Deep amber coloured, with a strong malty backbone showing notes of
caramel and toasted graininess. Bucketloads of Cascade, Chinook, and Topaz
hops went in the kettle, while Centennial, Simcoe and Fortnight were heaved
in as dry hops. Rich and resinous, bursting with pine and citrus, bitter fruits
and hints of tropical fruits.
