Rocky Rye Pale Ale

Our first beer, Rocky Rye Pale Ale takes it’s name from our first family pet, our much loved Golden Retreiver, ‘Rocky’. The Brett Trois yeast brings a fruity ester profile, and a good hit of rye in the grain bill adds some late spiciness in flavor.
