Fish River Gold

An inviting golden-copper colour, initially offers a light sweetness from caramelised malt. Based on the recipe for the ?rst Golden Ale brewed in Australia, and named after the site where gold was ?rst mined in Australia, our Fish River Golden Ale uses a small quantity of roast malt and a hefty late addition of hops to give a mild dryness to the ?nish that begs another sip.
