Cannonball Stout

Winner of the 2014 Australian International Beer Awards Gold Medal in Stout Category!! Mild roast character and a twinge of biscuity sweetness are given centre stage by the background hop bitterness and secret ingredient, resulting in a pleasantly dry ?nish. Three different dark malts and two light malts give Cannonball Stout a depth of ?avour not often achieved in black beers. A couple of secret tweaks at the end of the brewing process give the beer a surprising smoothness that makes it an unusually quaffable stout, and putting it on nitrogen gas only accentuates that smooth character.
