Coolship

A medium-bodied beer that lets the hops shine. Great with any spicy or fried food! You guessed it: a heavily hopped pale ale. We use lots of Mosaic hops in the Coolship for its unique bouquet of flavour and aroma; citrus, berries, floral and spicy notes dominate. We also use a blend of lesser known, more earthy and resinous hops to balance the wild Mosaic flavours.
