Sparkling Ale

Our Sparkling Ale is a uniquely modern Australian sparkling ale with a nod to the traditional Belgian blonde style. Fruity, zesty and slightly tart, our Sparkling Ale uses malted wheat in the grain bill in combination with a Belgian style yeast, which results in a gentle, fruity tartness. The combination of a generous dose of Australian and New World hops then adds a citrusy zest and refreshing, lingering bitterness. Characteristics of banana, lemon sherbet, citrus and passionfruit are present.
