Untamed Turkey

The Untamed Turkey, bold assertive and a little bit different, inspired by our pet turkey Dustan who died some years ago. Like Dustan our double IPA displays a rich golden head, generous body and colours of burgundy, red and brown. A big solid bird sorry beer of, intense malt flavours, toffee, caramel, sweet biscuit and rum soaked apricot. Finely balanced with spicy peppery hops of both the old and new world.
