Pale Ale

A modern twist on the classic pale ale. A Bucket load of Nelson Sauvin hops are added late in the boil to create the Cavalier Pale’s signature flavour. The bold grapefruit and passionfruit flavours from the hops are supported by a firm but not overwhelming malt backbone. Special attention has been paid so that there is no harsh bitterness from the hops, finishing off a refreshing and easy drinking beer.
