Chimera

The Chimera, a female monster with the head of a lion, the body of a goat, and a serpent’s tail provides an apt name for this 4-way collaboration between Helios, Brisbane Brewing Company., Newstead, and Black Hops Brewing. Six malts and six hops create a luscious deep red colour with aromas of pine, floral, and citrus. Toffee flavours run the full length of the tasting palate before the new world hops Magnum, Topaz and Loral add the tail’s sting.
