Canis Major Double IPA
Beer Description
Winner Best Beer in Show and Champion IPA, Royal Adelaide Beer Awards, 2014. A hop experience.. We add 24 kg of hop into this brew which makes brings this to over 100 IBUs.. However the brewers take care to structure the malt profile so that this is a well balanced beer which has enough malt sweetness come through to balance the bitterness. Match with a super charged curry.
