Co-fermented with Champagne Yeast. Pours with a fine carbonation and beading. 100% West Australian Apples. Really does it get any better? As producers of great beer, we didn’t do our cider by halves either. Granny Smiths add a crunchy acidity and the Pink Lady’s are the sweet balance. The Champagned yeast adds complexity and bready notes, whilst giving our cider its signature texture. Medium Dry, with a just enough sweetness.
