Light tropical fruit notes and a little touch of grassy characters, the bitterness is so well balanced with just light malt sweetness, but it is very light in body. The Yallingup sea water increases the length of palate for the beer, so that it just glides across your tongue like the perfect wave. There is a bit of Margaret River in every glass.
