A Classic American Pilsner, a CAP. It ain't no bud, millers or cooors, this is a beer from yesteryear, a beer that would have brewed 80 years ago. German hops give a light spicy character and clean bitterness, but the key ingredient is corn, flaked corn lightens the body of the beer and makes it very drinkable, it also adds a little grainy sweetness to the beer. This is a big drinkable old-fashioned beer.
