Wild

The Wild is made from Royal Gala apples, pressed and left, without additives, for nature to take its course. Following the extended natural ferment, the cider is left to age before being carefully blended with fresh Royal Gala juice. The true wild ferments differ from batch to batch, and we love that our Wild does too. It is characterised by spicy notes and savoury barnyard personality. It has a balanced nutty flavour profile with a persistent drying finish.
