Vitus

Our bright wheat buck "Vitus", interspersed with fine yeast and a creamy foam, is a beer specialty that has a balanced full-bodied and round character due to the extra-long storage. The fruity scent of dried apricots is combined with aromas of citrus fruits, cloves and a hint of banana. Full-bodied and tingling, the finely integrated carbonic acid creates a sparkling mouthfeel. Thus, the "Vitus" does not taste like a typical strong beer, but rather resembles a noble fruity wheat beer. Fits perfectly with hearty meat dishes, with spicy cheese but also with desserts.
