Organic Moinette
Beer Description
La Moinette Bio is a high-fermented, fermented beer in the bottle.
Created in 1990, it was with the Biological Dupont Season one of our first two organic beers. The production is controlled by Certisys and the beer is awarded the Biogarantie label.
La Moinette Bio has malted, fruity and fine hops aromas.
It is very thirst-quenching, thanks to the balance between mellow, fruity and bitterness.
A long refermentation in bottle makes it a complex beer.
