The Westmalle Double

The dark, reddish-brown Stewart beer of Westmalle, the Double, has a rich and complex flavor thanks to bottle refill (7%). It is characterized by tests of caramel, malt and fruity esters that remind of ripe banana. The first encounter with the Doublemill of Westmalle is a cream-colored thick foam collar. After drinking, leave a nice lace in the glass. But the true memory of this balanced trappist beer with soft mouthfeel is undoubtedly the long, dry finish.
