India Pale Ale

Darker malts and more hops with higher alcohols were needed for the beer to survive months at sea. At Ekhidna we deliver a similar style. Amber Malts and Willamette and Halletau hops are used to deliver a full honey and caramel flavour with malt complexity, and bitterness. We finish it with our own little secret twist to provide a smoother-finishing Ale.
