Described by some as the most refreshing beer style in the world. A regional specialty of Berlin, referred to by Napoleon’s troops in 1809 as a “Champagne of the North” due to its lively and elegant character. By culturing Lactobacillus (sourness) into the beer we create a restrained, lemony tart apple fruitiness. We add Guanabana (a tropical fruit from Sth America) to give the beer a subtle unique passion-fruit & coconut flavour
